We want our practice members to be happy with the services that you are moving towards. Getting to know our patients is extremely important to us and we don't want anything to get in the way.  Our connection to the community around us is something that we value and will always excel to meet.  We do reserve the right to impose a missed appointment fee of $97.50 for cancellations that do not occur within 24 hours.

Treatment plans:

Once a plan has been created, any and all  changes within the plan will be made to help accommodate scheduling conflicts. To protect our inventory, staffing criteria, and services given to initiate a care plan, no refunds can be given at this time. 

Moving over to wellness: Once a practice member has reached their exodus from the care plan, they can take advantage of our maintenance plans
